2 / National Adaptation Plan (NAP) - 2018: The NAP was developed to strengthen Cameroon’s resilience to climate change impacts, particularly in agriculture, water resources, and health. It identifies adaptation priorities, mobilizes resources, and integrates climate considerations into national planning processes.
Laws
1 / Law No. 2019/008 of April 25, 2019 (Petroleum Code) This law restructured the petroleum sector, focusing on the exploration and production of hydrocarbons in Cameroon. It introduced clearer regulations on contracts and tax incentives to attract foreign investment, ensuring better governance and environmental safeguards in the sector.
